beef for stew.. hmmm

I have a bunch of "beef for stew" left over from last weeks beef stew. it comes precut into large chunks. can i smoke em? any ideas?

You can smoke anything! and Hmmmmm is right....just gave me an idea!  Smoke the stew beef then throw in the crock pot with veggies for beef stew. I know you just had stew but wait.......Hmmmmm....another idea.....fajitas, maybe season with fajita seasoning and smoke the beef  then grill it up with some onions and peppers. Just thinking out loud here, never thought about stew beef and you got the wheels turning!
