Beef Chuck Roast

Hi all! I am wondering how to prep & smoke a chuck pot roast? Is this even okay to smoke? I am completely new to smoking. We just purchased a 30" analog electric Smoke Hollow. Any advise would be great! TIA

Hello.  Before getting fancy just salt and pepper that roast and slam it in the smoker.  In my IMHO it tastes best that way.  The "magic" happens when you add the flavoured wood smoke.  Keep Smokin!
