Beef Cheeks what do do with?

I was at Fiesta Mart getting some crawfish. Lady misunderstood me and gave me large. Man these things huge. Not sure if that good or bad? While there seen these beef cheeks. Not sure what to do with them? Seems like heard people making taco's with them but how to cook?
