I told the wife I wanted to do a bottom round for sammie's she came home with 2, my question is this should I freeze one or smoke both and slice and freeze?

As long as ya got the smoker going, load it up I say.

I'm with Dan.

Why waste the fuel?

Smoke, slice, vacupack and freeze.

Great sandwiches for a while?

Good luck and good smoking.

Your new so maybe you haven't got the bug that bad yet. A full smoker is a good no great smoker.

Had to get a second fridge.

And a second smoker too. Small one just not enough room.
