I bought a beef shoulder roast it ways 1.61 how long should I cook it

I know you're only 14, but this question is unanswerable. Do some reading on here about smoking beef, figure out what you want the end result to be, and then if you still have questions post them a bit more clearly. We're all happy to help each other out, but at least a little effort is required on your part.

You can Cook it until it is done to your desired Internal temp is achieved.
