Beef Bacon Again

Tried making another batch of Curleys Beef bacon. This time not as lean. Looks like spam raw and tastes and looks a bit like bologna fried.

Still like it best as Jerky though - maybe I just like jerky?

spam (the cooked kind -not the mail) ain't so bad lol looks good- btw dad in law loved, yer recipe/my smoked rubbed bologna.
