Beef back ribs aka dino bones

Put a rack of dino-bones in the smoker for about 2 hours and then transferred to grill on indirect for about another hour.

I used mesquite wood chips.
2nd photo is the ribs being pulled from smoker and heading to grill.
We made up a loaf of beer bread and some bbq sauce.

Quite tasty.
