Beef and Baby Back Ribs

I was able to fire up the rec tec for a nice rib combo yesterday... I had two packages of cleaned and prepared ribs in the freezer (which as dreamy with no kitchen):
Half rack of baby backs and thee beef ribs off a prime rib. ran them both together at 250 - just over 5 hours later they were so ready. here is a before and after. they both were quite good!

Beautiful job Dave!! Appreciate you not saucing the beef ribs though :emoji_wink: Being in TX, I'm a bit of a purist where beef is concerned and you sir nailed those!! No sauce, no wrap, just seasonings and smoke. Let the meat speak for itself. If you ever decide to move, there's lots of room here for you so come on down sir!!

No way would I sauce the beef ribs! I only sauce pork ribs - about half the time. I have no kitchen - dont tempt me...I may show up at your door. Thank you for the kind words Robert!
