Looks great! I have to watch doing these on my Treager when it is colder over night because I can run out of pellets. I did one superbowl weekend overnight and it was warm enough (desert southwest USA) that it didn't use even close to what my hopper holds, but when I did one for Christmas a couple years ago I ran out after 9 hours.

I need to get the timing better and start them middle of the morning, as usually end up in the cooler wrapped for many hours (which is fine) but usually have to travel a few hours.

I've never done one over night, I have always just made them for dinner and started first thing in the morning.
