Anyone ever used Bearded Butcher Summer Sausage Casings? I know they're probably produced by some other company and might not be the best quality, but I'd like to make some Summer Sausage this weekend and they're the only thing available locally. Does quality matter as much with inedible fibrous casings as with natural's?

GAGR, I have only used one brand (TSM) for fibrous casings. I would think that they all have to be pretty close in quality unlike a natural casing. Go for what you can get quickly and you should be fine .
Never used them but bearded butcher has good info and good products. They use the product they sell so my guess is those casings will be just fine.
