It's good to join the group. Greetings from Huntington Beach, CA. I noticed a lot of great discussions about smoking on the forum. I am new so smoking. Always used a Propane Weber Genesis because it is fast and really easy to use, but it just doesn't get the charcoal or wood smoke flavor I like. The wood chip box accessory didn't do much but waste grill area. I bought a Traeger Texas and smoked a couple times. Jeff's rub and sauce taste excellent. Looking forward to reading all the good threads.
