Was a beautiful day on Lake Texoma today as well. We ate of the leftovers from Friday's rib fest. Ran across a great recipe for a Carolina Mustard base sauce that's the bomb. Wind was brutal yesterday although we spent the whole day jeepin' at Fobb Bottom. Here's a few pics from the ribs & a stunner of a sunset we had a few nights ago. Life on the lake is good :) Good choice of beer there B and I too really like those smoke matts. They come in handy.
