Sure nothing wrong with your new smoker, Brian. Temp staying VERY sòlid--the only real dip was when you put the butt in and it recovered nicely.
Waiting for the final results.

Howdy Adam. Yup I’ve heard the smoke flavor was light on the pellet machines. But this butt had good smoke and a deep ring.
I used B and B competition blend pellets.
I’m happy with the results. B

Awesome. I have heard bad smoke flavor from pellet smokers.
