BTW the way my wife likes me to do the patties is first stuff the sausage into sausage bags, then put in the freezer for a couple of hours till firm enough to slice. Then I get my slicer out and slice em all up. I usually put 6 patties per bag, back in the freezer for a bit then vacuum seal
