I just start back at school to get my degree and I am taking an entreprenurship class and one of the assignments is picking a business and writing a business plan. Of course my first thought is a BBQ joint. Does anyone out there have experience running or owning a BBQ restaurant that may be open to answering a few questions? I know this is a different type of post, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
