I went looking for a place I had previously eaten at yesterday only to find they had gone out of business.
So I ended up going to a new place I hadn't tried yet called Switchback BBQ in Evergreen and I have to RAVE about this place because it was fantastic.
I had the fries, deli sliced brisket and the ribs and EVERYTHING was delicious!!
The service was great and the restaurant was clean. When I pulled up and parked and got out, it smelled fantastic too.
The ribs and brisket had a slight amount of spicy kick but not too much.
The Pitmaster knows exactly what he's doing. That's a place I will be going back to again!
