Meat Mopper
There's no BBQ holiday in june (may has memorial day, july has the 4th, and august has labor day) and all of my friends are done graduating so I needed and excuse to have a BBQ in June. So this saturday is my first annual BBQ fest.
Gonna have anywhere between 15-25 people.
This is what I have planned.
Appetizers:
-2 Sausage Fattys
-2 Turkey Fattys (I found a 1 lb chub of turkey breakfast sausage right next to the plain grounded turkey, can't wait to try it out)
-Grilled Eggplant, Mozzeralla, and Proscuitto sandwiches with a balsamic vinegar
-2 BBQ pizzas
Entrees:
-Pulled Pork
-Turkey Pastrami
-Smoked Blue Cheese Burgers
-Smoked Beer Can Chicken
-Chicken Under Bricks
-Grilled Veggies
-Smoked Corn
there will be a Q-view and im hoping to make my "rolling a fatty" video after requests about my technique in previous q-views
