Where can I get them in a pinch, and what type should I be looking for? I'm in need of a couple therms and maybe a charcoal basket for my Brinkman SnP. I'd like to find a digital therm. and it seems the big box stores dont have them.

if you have a local walmart near by you can get probe thermo's for 16 bucks each and all the cooking tools you may need and they sell the 8lb red bag royle oak lump for 6.38 each........bob

....

You can get an inexpensive therm at HD or Lowes  but I would still get the Maverick from Todd

Try Target,,,,,They have all grills and acesserories  on clearance. May be too late now as it has been going on for a couple of weeks. I picked up 3 cheap digital remote therms for $5 a piece, regular $20 each. A Weber rib/roast rack for $5, a Weber kettle cover for $2. I was too late, everything gone. I heard of guys getting new kettles for $30

I also vote for the Maverick 732, got it from Todd with my AMNS ans a bunch of dust.  What a great seller, and sponsor on this site.  Also good advice from the other guys about tools, etc.  Steve
