This was my first time making Bangers & Mashed taters with onion gravy. It was also my 1st time making banger sausage. Next batch of sausages I will up the fat content as they were a little dry, onion gravy was fantastic though.

Yum! Bangers was the 2nd sausage I ever made (1st was a WAAAAAY-too much-garlic-for-me kielbasa).
