Man, this has me wanting to make a batch of habanero brats. but stuff them into snack stick casings instead!
My daughter and her family just transferred from Jacksonville, Fl. area to Ft. Carson, Co. She says that they'll miss Florida but not the weather. Stay dry and have fun making memories with your granddaughter.

You might want to make the sticks waterproof. Here is the latest prediction from the NHC 1400 AST. She should be a "storm?!" Regardless stay safe my friend. Looks the SEUS is going to busy this hurricane season?!

I think we are going to ride this out as long as we can. I have 2 slide out motors in the bedroom slide that wont retract. Next 48 hours will tell.

Anyways

She opted for honey bbq.

Undecided if im going to dry mix or wet mix.

And i like to add some ground black pepper.
Going to mix the honey mix tonight, fridge.

Going to add 2oz of free binder.
DONT ADD AND DO AN OVERNIGHT FRIDGE REST
YOU WONT LIKE IT.

Add just before stuffing.

My wife helped with the stuffing so i can get these in smoker.
I said thats throw away. She said no its not make a small one......OUI

Hickory smoke at 140* then bump it up theu the hanging.
