Bacon wrapped stuffed boneless skinless thighs with pics

Found some boneless skinless thighs on sale and figured I would give them a go.  Maybe not normal for the smoker but I stuffed them with pesto and mozzarella cheese and then wrapped them in bacon and hit them with some garlic salt and italian seasoning.

Thighs are one of my favorites to smoke. It's quick and easy and pretty tough to screw up. Those are some tasty looking thighs.
