Put a few thighs on with it. Had them marinating all last night in a creole butter injection.

Thank you for moving this thread for me! I didn't realize it was posted wrong until it was too late.....The loin turned out great! I used SoFlaQuer's Finishing Sauce recipe that I found on here on it and it was AWESOME! Thanks for that post Jeff!

Chicken was very juicy but had a little bit to much of a butter taste for me. Of course the wife loved it!

me and you have someting in common it would seem. dark chicken. a bag of leg quarters is my fav. thighs are IMO the best part of a chicken. bacon wrapped pork. gotta love it.

as much chicken and pork as my family eats we should probably just raise pigs and chickens.
