Bacon Cooking Method

For me it's fried in the cast iron skillet; Ma D will use the microwave. And yes, the bacon drippings are collected.

3rd---------Bake

Microwave??????

Let me put it this way. I gave some of my Bacon to my best friend since 10th grade (and Vietnam).

He told me he nuked some of it, and it was great.

I told him if I ever hear he nuked any of my Bacon again, he would not get any more !

If he's still nuking any---He's keeping it a secret !!!!

I like both frying and baking.  Yes we collect the dripping. How could you make good gravy without it

I do both,acording to how much I need to do.Me and the Wife,fry-quick,easy,and little clean-up to contend with, family and friends, Bake and save those drippings(Pig Butter)for you Beans,  salads, Taters...
