Bacon, Bleu Buffalo Chicken Wraps !!

Hey all, the wife was wanting a buffalo chicken wrap last night so here's what we come up with !

First we took two chicken breasts & cut em into strips !

We took each strip & wrapped em up in bacon !

Had a bottle of wing seasoning, so tossed half of them into the sauce ! Done the other half without for the kiddos !

Set up the kettle with the vortex with a small chunk of kiawe !

Basted the buffalo style ones a couple times throughout the cook !

Bout ready to pull off, just wanted to do a bit of a sear on em !

Took one & made a wrap with some bleu cheese dressing & a bit of spinach/lettuce in a small locally made southwest style wrap !
