put your marinated meat on
Get it to your ITT .... rare tad Med form me 4 MIN a side

horseradish blue cheese cream sauce
Cut meat against grain - now you see that brown circle on the meat.... I think the lime after 24 hours cooked the meat and I could not get grill marks.... wooopsie 12 hr max

plate served! horseradish cream sauce on meat and tatters... you can put this stuff in a 77 wagon chrome bumper and it would be awesome!
