Good day all. I am finally back in the game. So happy to be able to post this. Made some smashburgers and hash browns on my Blackstone griddle for dinner last night. They were awesome!!! :emoji_yum: :emoji_yum: I used a new product for cooking them. Whirl cooking oil. It gave the hash browns a fantastic flavor and really worked great on the hot griddle. I would recommend giving it a try if you can. I had to get mine off of Amazon as no store around here carries it. Will definitely buy this product again. Thanks for reading and thanks to this group for keeping my spirits up and getting my zeal back for outdoor cooking. You guys and gals rock!!! :emoji_guitar:

So good to see you back! Burger and browns look fantastic!

Great looking meal JC! Hard to beat smashburgers and hash browns! We've used that Swirl butter flavored oil and love it!

Great comfort food Jeff.

Never heard of Whirl, but my wife used to buy LouAna buttered flavored popcorn oil. Never occurred to me to try it on hashers.

Welcome back glad you made it and are back to cooking. Looks like a great meal to me

Great to see you back in action! Those hash browns look killer. Looks like you have to buy a gallon of that oil and kind of pricy.
