back from week long business trip to vegas

Spent last week in Vegas. I hate that god forsaken hellhole. The minute my feet hit the desert all I could think about was what i would fill the smoker with when I got home. food sucks out there. so here's what I did
burnt ends.

Vegas is truly a horrible city. Unfortunately I have to go at least every other year for work. My first stop after i check in the the hotel is to John Mulls Road Kill cafe just outside of the city. Great BBQ and great place to hang out

Them burnt ends look really good. Been to Vegas once, about 18 years ago. Didn’t care for it. Not for me.

The burnt ends look really good from here. We're thinking about paying a visit to Vegas this winter. I've never been, but the wife went in the early 80s with her parents.
