Back from vacation!

Well I had a great vacation. Went fishing (did really well) did a little smoking and a little drinking. I even managed to get some work done around this house.

Tried Dutch's enchilada recipe and of course it was outstanding smoked some pork jerky , and some sausages as well. I'll get to the pics as soon as I can lot's to catch up on!
