Back at it again but still new!!!

I'm a police officer and just turned 40 so I thought smoking would give me something to do when I'm off and help the wife. It also gives me another reason to not mow the yard as much and enjoy several cold ones while cooking... Lol. Jk... Except for the cold ones and what I do, and helping the wife. I've smoked a time or two but nothing serious. Just got a Oklahoma joes and am cooking my first butts..... And of course having a cold one. Looking through the forums and found this one that looked good and joined. Looking forward to learning from all!!! Thanks
