Back Again

I got lost in the crash so here I go again.
My name is Joe from Cleveland ohio. I retired from the steel mills in 2006 after 34 years service. Also work part time at a golf course mowing grass. Last summer I was doing BBQ with a friend, ribs, pulled pork and brisket etc.. This year just a couple of odd and small jobs. Anyway I make bacon, both kinds, hams and lots of sausage.
Here's Some chicken thighs and shrooms from the Weber last night. Enjoy

After a couple hours in marinade then sprinkled with rub


Going on the grill, indirect method.


Stuffed shrooms with sauted onions and italian sausage


Chicken's been on for about 1 1/2 hours. Starting the shrooms.
