Good afternoon, I have just one more question.  As I mentioned in a another thread today, I'll be breaking in my new Smoke Hollow #6 smoker with babyback ribs.  I'll be putting a full slab per rack, so I'll have to go vertically.  Trying to smoke 3 slabs (forget the veggies!)

Is there a recommended spacing distance between the racks?  I want to make sure I get a good air/smoke flow.

(My BB technique is the Trigg 2-2-1, but I only use Parkay when wrapping, no honey.)

Thanks again!

Howard

Shouldn't be a problem, a couple inches would be fine.  You can also hang them vertically with bacon hangers from a rod, too.
