This was the second smoker I'd built and it's an absolute dream to cook on. I finished it a year or so ago and have had a bunch of great cooks on it, most of which have been posted here, As great as this thing is, I've come to the realization that it's far bigger than we will ever need. I've never come close to filling it up. Matter of fact, I've never used more than one rack. Decided a while ago to build a smaller one that's more suited for us. The new one is complete now and I no longer need this one. Listing it here first and will give a forum member a very good deal on it. I'll sell it to one of you for $1600, which barely covers costs. I'm not out to make money, just recoup what I have in it to offset the $$ I spent on building the new one. If it doesn't sell here I'll post it on Craig's List for $2200 and won't take less than $2000. That's for having to deal with all the scammers out there trying to steal stuff that people post :emoji_laughing: Here is the link to the build process if you're interested.
