Well smoked up some baby backs today. How do they look. Let me have it.

I thought they tasted great so did the family. They seemed a lil overdone on the outside to me also but we're super juicy and tender so all in all I was happy.
 
Awesome! Did you wrap or how did you do them up? Baby backs are great.
 
try using turbinado sugar (sugar in the raw) instead of brown sugar or honey on them and they wont get the blacked exterior so much. or if using a honey bbq sauce make sure your temp is around the 200 mark for the sauce step if doing 2-2-1 or some variation. glad you liked them.....
