What are you using for rub and type of wood? Looks like your off to a good start!

I am useing peach wood with a touch of hickory added in the rub was bad byrons butt rub with sugar added and a little lemon pepper

Wood combo turned out great it's hard to get peach up here forgot to take pic when finished all gone now
