I haven’t used my acorn in a month,
So I figured that I have a free Sunday
Weather is 50 and I have some Ribs in my fridge.. let’s go!!!
I thought it was a two pack , what a surprise to find 3 racks..
Here they are trimmed and de membraned.. EVOO, SPG the Jeff’s Rub.

Looking good. Watching this with one eye. The other eye is watching the playoff!

I like those acorns. They seem to be a great value for Komodo cooking. B

Dude those racks look good. I got mine on already but will post some after cooking before chomping pics.

Great, perfect weather up here in the northeast, and a perfect choice for an NFL Sunday.
What happened to my Giants :(

2 hours at 250 wrapped with brown sugar, liquid parkay , honey and tiger sauce...with a little cranberry juice apple cider vinegar and hot sauce ( thank you Johnny Trigg)

So 2 hours unwrapped, 1 hour wrapped and 1hour unwrapped. Too much falling off the bone

They look awesome . But I agree that a little tug off the bone Is a good thing.

I’m a Jets fan in Indiana so when the Patriots won a piece of me dies. No this is a Lang knockoff. It’s made from a 250 gallon propane tank. Made by steamboat manufacturing. It cost half of what a Lang cost. My cook today turned out excellent. Used wild cherry wood had 4 racks of baby back ribs and two whole chickens. Ribs smoked 1.25 hours unwrapped 1 hour wrapped then roughly 40 minutes unwrapped With sauce application every 20 minutes. My temp was a little crazy today but averaged about 235. Your ribs look awesome by the way may try the cranberry juice. How’d they taste?

Those are some good looking ribs!
Nice job!
I moved this to the pork section, I think you will get more replies there.

I was kinda "Eh..." about the smears.

Liked the ice rink in the background.
