Been awhile since BB ribs and first time doing Country style ribs.

Smoking 2 of the CSR and rest into a food savor bag and in the freezer.

BB ribs

Running warm water over the membrane to loosen it up

Pulls off easily

BB ribs all rubed up

CSR

In the drum probes in the CSR will pull then off at around 170

Smoked some small potatoes last week . Going to make twice smoked potatoes

Smoke potatoes, sour cream, garlic power, onion power, butter, pepper, salt, milk,

all mix up and put in a small cast iron skillet. Then will go back in the smoker.

Will update when it all gets done.

BB Ribs wrap up after 2 hours,

CSR all done.

The CSR was done before the BB Ribs . By time the BB ribs was done I was to full to

eat them.
