Decided to do some BBR for the Mrs and I. It was cold and very windy here today.

Started with a rack I picked up Wally World last night.

Then I trimmed it up a little and put on a nice sweet rub with a little heat. (Eat BARBEQUE Zero to Hero)

Smoked at 240 for about 3.5 hours. Then wrapped up with butter and brown sugar. Back to the smoker, GMG Daniel Boone with Smoke Ring pellets Oak Hickory Cherry blend.
