I started using the liners a while back . Makes clean up easy .
LOL, guess who doesn't do dishes here??

Was just at Wally World this morning and was going get a Chuck Roast to do just that.
Until I looked at the price. $7.00+ a pound. 😲
Chuck Roasts always used to be one of the cheaper cuts of meat.
Guess the only thing that is cheap these days is me. Haha

my "market" has huge chunks of what they call stew meat for $5.69/lb. no designation of cut. got big tray and mama put what she didn't use in a suck bag for something else.

Stew meat was a little less, but not much.
