Hey guys,

just found the site. looks good so far. Ive got quite a few years of hickory smoking meats, ribs, brisket and butts, along with all the other BBQ fixins' (from scratch of course) in my family's restaurant. Mom retired from the business a couple years ago and I didn't want to take it over so it was sold (without our recipes). So here I am with the bug for bbq'ing again. Wanting to take my recipes and see what alot of other folks are doing and add and maybe develop a new style all my own. I hope that made sense...ha ha

smokin' at home in a brinkman box...for now.
