Hey everyone! Currently in Chandler, AZ and have been smoking meat almost a year. I bought an ECB last year and it was a pain as I had to keep close watch. It's my birthday on Thursday so I upgraded to a master built dual fuel smoker. Within the last year, I realized how much I love cooking for my family and friends. I am very new to smoking meats and want to learn all I can. :grilling_smilie:
