$16 a lb for pp seem high, let a lone $26 a slab of spares. Catering for adults $20 give me a break. like I said it's good but it ani't that good. Granted I just did 38lbs raw pork shoulder for a b- dayt times that by 16. Yeah it didn't happen but I enjoy it.......lol Got a bottle of # 7 and it's all good (wink)

Looks like they don't trim thier spares.. Alittle expensive for a bit of rub (which I don't touch with my hand so it won't gather on my fingers) and some slow cooking.

Pulled pork and chicken are crazy expensive. Of course the availability of meat in that area may have something to do with the prices..

Are there any other BBQ joints in the area? Unless this place is SUPER good, they will set the prices..

Yeah, that's high.

The most egregious is the $16 a pound for pulled pork ( considering I can buy a shoulder for about $ 1.25 a pound ). And other than that, a little dry spice, a little vinegar, some wood, and some coal ( all of which he's getting dirt-cheap, I gurantee it ).

And $25 for a slab ? Come on....................

Ben he an I shop at the same place. Spares $1.45lb, brisket  $1.88lb and bonelesspork shoulder or boston butt is anywhere from .99 to a $1.48 that I just paid for a party I did. PP is 10x above cost to me thats sticker shock material lol. Like I said he has good food and quite a following of patrons which I'm happy for him. If ya got it, flaunt it, and sell it

Actually, I didn't realize the place was in Washington state. That's a big part of the reason for the sky-high prices. I cant imagine he has a whole lot of stiff competition out there.

Hmmmmmmmmmm...that gives me an idea
