Pre-cured, sliced ham, Jeff's rub, 2.5 hours, Jeff's sauce, followed by another half hour. Amazing.  




That sure looks Delicious... How about some sliced pics... and a sandwich or two to go...

Did you like the Apple Wood Smoke?

The apple smoke complimented the ham very well. Thanks again for the pointers. I'll be ordering a few more pounds of dust for my AMNS soon. Gotta try that bourbon barrel!
Definitely lookin' good. I'd love to see some sliced pics as well to get the full effect.
