Anyone try these small ribs from Walmart?

They seem to be from a young pig maybe. I was going to get them last night but didn't want to wait in line forever. There baby backs. It's the ribs on the right. Normal babyback on the left. I'm wishing I'd have got them since the smoker is still running
 
I just Googled Salmon Creek ribs and found their website.
They seem to do Duroc pigs (awesome) and treat them more naturally which would mean they likely produce smaller pigs since they aren't super industrial farm animals.
I would put money on those ribs being WAAAY tastier then the smithfield on the left.

I can tell you that wild pork is better tasting than the run of the mill industrial farm raised pork. This leads me to believe that the "natural" raised pork would also be very good tasting.

The first 2 racks I cooked were really good. Real natural flavor, recommended!doing 2 more racks now. They went 4 hours smoking with cherry and some oak. I think these will be my ribs of choice from now
