Hello I recently got a free smoker and would like to restore it and use it however I don’t know how to set it up or if it’s missing any parts. Thank you.

Looks like an old Brinkmann Gourmet charcoal smoker.

You're very welcome. Given it's age, it's good condition. all you need to do is knock down that rust and give a coat of high temp paint. Then give it a good burn in.
