You are asking what you can do iin a pot that big?? You can make alot of chili or use it for a seafood boil with something in the bottom you can almost fry a turkey in it to. So there are many uses for that pot so you will learn to love it to.
I have a couple of pots that size. I got them at an auction when a local restaurant went bankrupt. Yours is a nicer pot than mine, easier to clean. But mine is a bit bigger.
I saute a mirepoix of celery, onion and carrots and garlic in it. Then put in whole turkey with some spices and enough water to cover and bring to a boil, once its boiling back it off to a gentle simmer for about 3-4 hours You get an absolutely awesome turkey stock out of it. Then I peel all the meat off the bird and freeze it for my dogs. You can then make incredible soups and sauces with the stock. Sounds expensive but if you buy a utility bird ( there is a turkey farm near here ) You actually get about 10 - 12 meals out of one bird very cheaply and it is the best soup you ever tasted. The turkey meat by then is almost tasteless but the dogs love it for a treat.
I put a chicken on my showtime rotisserie to roast then pull the meat and use that instead of the tasteless turkey meat to make a chicken/turkey soup with the stock. Or even just some vegetables and the stock with egg noodles is also a good option.
Even my kids clamor for soups made from the resulting stock.
We actually do have 2 pots that dwarf that one for steaming tamales...yummy...but that one should do the trick for 99% of anything you got cookin...nice one.
