You might be able to save that. I say foil it with some butter and broth then throw it into the over at 200 degrees.

I was giving a training course and one of the students went out to check the ribs in the ProQ. They din't realise that as they closed the smoker the thermometer had fallen onto the bottom cooking grate.

*** Note to self *** if something needs checking then check it yourself. Other than that the day went very well
