It was in for a long time but was still too tough to eat !!


I guess I needed to buy a new one anyway...

I was giving a training course and one of the students went out to check the ribs in the ProQ. They din't realise that as they closed the smoker the thermometer had fallen onto the bottom cooking grate.

*** Note to self *** if something needs checking then check it yourself. Other than that the day went very well
