Any Inkbird owners who can help with this?

Thought I'd share @Winterrider 's post over here to maybe get some quick answers -

"You enablers made me do this 😄 now I need some help. Purchased this setup, really nice. Question how can you calibrate the ambient temp higher than the 12° that it allows.
Have my RecTeq set at 265°, actual temp is back and forth a few degrees from the set temp. Another RT probe at grate level also in a ball of foil, showing very close to same. I have another Ink bird (IBT-4XS) also at grate level showing very close to same. Have 2 of the wireless (INT-14-BW) inserted in a butt. Ambient temp is dead on with set temp on one probe, other probe is off (low) 34° even with the additional 12° added from the calibration. Any way to get the one closer ? ( I should almost put the.other 2 probes in and see where they are at.)
Don't like the idea, if I head to the golf course sometime, and not getting accurate pit temp sent to me.🤔

I will add, all these probe ends are fairly close together on same end of RT."

Hey, sorry for the late reply.

I’ve replied to Winterrider’s private message. We’ll look into the issue right away.

Gosh Inkbird, you're just, so super. Bye Bye now! here and gone. Hey, how about trying a free vac sealer on an everything meat therm forum because we can't do crap!

Thank you so much for your suggestion—😊 that really does sound like a great idea!

By the way, would you be interested in trying out our sous-vide cooker? If that interests you, we would love to hear about your experience and feedback.
