Another spit-roasted prime chuck shoulder

So I went to HEB and I bought a fresh baguette (to hell with the doctor for today) and some Havarti cheese. Then busted out the slicer and sliced some of this roast beef up nice and thin and made a "short" New York roast beef sandwich with some Duke's mayo!

Man that was fargin good!

I guess it was ! Piled nice and high too . Some Boars head horseradish cheddar cheese would be good on that .

It came out awesome - I cannot say enough good about spit roasting a roast beef! Tender, juicy, evenly cooked and awesome flavor. Excellent!

Yea, you're gonna start a trend here. I got a rump roast I can't to try on the spit, when we get some better weather.
