Another Southern Indiana smoker

Hi all!  I've been using a Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5" for about the past 5 years.  I also use a Weber Genesis gas grill and a Weber charcoal grill.  I don't get to use them as often as I would like, but I try to smoke or grill as often as I can.  Mostly I'm here to learn and drool over the awesome cooks I've seen so far.
