Anyway, came across this site while searching for info on smoking. A buddy of mine made some amazing smoked foods last year and I decided I was ready to try so here I am. I got a MES from Bass Pro shops and after a little bit of wood box issues I'm on track. Thanks to everyone for your great posts, advice, tips and experiences.
